Steps to follow for joining our tour
- Our driver will be waiting for your arrival at the place of pickup on the day of the tour. Please find the taxi and talk to the driver.
Please call us as soon as possible if you are going to be late. - I will depart for the course I planned.

If you have chosen to make your payment on the day of the tour, please do so at the final destination. You can either pay with cash or a credit card.
If you have chosen to make your payment in advance, you do not need to pay anything unless there is no additional fee caused by changing the tour route.
Important notice
- The admission fees to the facilities you visit or the charges for food or drinks are not included in the tour fee. Please make such payments at the site on the date of the tour.
- Please be aware that we may have to extend the time of the tour depending on the weather or the traffic condition.
- If you wish to change the place of departure or arrival or to visit places in addition to those in the tour route, please write your requests in the “Notes” section.
- Please note that additional fee may be required by changing the tour route or visiting places in addition to those in the tour route on your request.
- If you wish to use a child safety seat, please write in the “Notes” section the kind and the number of seats you need.
- Please make sure to make your reservation by three days before the tour.
- Please make sure to call us by two days before the tour if you are to cancel the tour. In case you cancel on the day of the tour, there will be a cancellation fee.
